    As our tagline says, it is the app for foodies, made by foodies. We understand your love for food, and we want to make it better by giving you access to hundreds of promotions and deals on your mobile device.

  • Where is JuzFood based?

    JuzFood is based in Singapore and is currently available in English only.

  • How do I download JuzFood?

    JuzFood is enabled on all Android and iOS devices. You can download the JuzFood mobile app via the PlayStore or the AppStore or the JuzFood website (link).

  • How do I sign up with JuzFood?

    Sign up is super simple, all we need is a few details such as your name, email address, phone number and birthdate. Sign up can be done via the JuzFood mobile app or the JuzFood website (link).

  • Do I need to pay to sign up with JuzFood?

    Fortunately for all foodies, JuzFood is completely FREE to use! There are no registration fees or subscriptions.

  • How do I log in?

    Log in is super easy, just key in your email address or mobile number and password, and click “Log In”.

  • How do I search for a promotion?

    You can search promotions in many ways using the search bar. Search by the F&B outlet’s name if you already know where you want to dine, by location to see what promotions are nearby, by cuisine if you are feeling adventurous, or by keywords such as “halal” or “seafood” when you are still undecided.

  • How do I redeem a promotion on JuzFood?

    Just show the promotion you want in-store and click "Redeem". All JuzFood promotions have an expiry date so make sure you redeem before the promotion ends.

  • Do I need to use a promotion I redeemed on the same day?

    Yes, redemptions must be done in the store on the day you dine.

  • What happens when I redeem a promotion?

    When you redeem a promotion, you will enjoy the promotion or deal immediately. Once you redeem a promotion, it will no longer be available to you.

  • How many redemptions can I make in a day?

    You can redeem multiple promotions as many times as you want in a day as long, as you are in the store and ready to utilise the promotion. However, every user is only allowed to redeem the same promotion once.

  • What are the terms and conditions for a promotion?

    Each promotion comes with its own terms and conditions. When you click on a promotion, you can view these and other useful details such as the F&B outlet’s location, phone number, operating hours and view all of its ongoing promotions as well.

  • Can I save a promotion to view it later?

    Of course, just click on the “Heart” icon to save a promotion to your “Favourites” and the “Bookmark” icon to save an F&B outlet to your “Bookmarks”.

  • Can I share the promotion with a friend?

    Yes you can! Select the promotion you want to share, then click the “Share” button and key in the email address of the intended recipient. They will then receive the promotion in their email, but to redeem, they will need to be a registered user of JuzFood.

  • Will I receive notifications?

    Yes, you will receive notifications on new and special promotions. You will also receive notifications when an F&B outlet you bookmarked uploads a new promotion, and also when a promotion you stored in “Favourites” is expiring.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    Just select “I Forgot” on the “Log In” page, key in your mobile number or email address and the new password will be sent to the email address that you registered with. You can change your password in “Account Settings” via the JuzFood mobile app or the JuzFood website.
